Sugar Grove Illinois is just as sweet as its name implies. This small village of only 8,000 plus residents is brimming with opportunities for growth and development. If you’re looking for a small town feel with big city accessibility, Sugar Grove is the town for you. Sugar Grove borders the 2nd largest City in Illinois, Aurora and is only 20 minutes from downtown Naperville, 10 minutes from Geneva and Batavia, 15 minutes to St. Charles and 48 miles from the Loop in Chicago. Sugar Grove was named “Most Affordable” by Money Magazine for the state of Illinois in 2008 due to its higher median income and affordable housing. Sugar Grove’s appeal comes from its small town feel, large forest preserve areas and it’s accessibility to just about anywhere through roads and highways such as Route 47, Route 56, Route 30 and the I-88 Tollway. Sugar Grove also received a great honor in 2009 by hosting one of the worlds largest, and most important golf event in the world. In August of 2009, Rich Harvest Farms in Sugar Grove hosted the ladies Solheim Cup Golf Championship. For one week, people from all across the world filled Sugar Grove with an average of 40,000 people per day to watch the event. The event did not disappoint anyone as the United States won their 4th consecutive Solheim Cup. First Time Buyers >Choosing A Lender
When you are buying a new home or refinancing your present one, it is wise to do some comparison shopping among lenders. A low interest rate isn't the only criterion by which to evaluate a loan. You should also consider the terms of the mortgage, what your closing costs will be and the reputation of the lender.
Real estate agents are a good source of information about loans and lenders, whether you are buying a home or just refinancing your present home. We routinely assist buyers when they need a mortgage in order to purchase a home. We know what loan packages are available and the qualifying requirements. The companies with the lowest rates sometimes have very conservative underwriting guidelines, and may not be willing to make loans on certain types of property or to buyers who are marginally qualified. We can tell you which companies and loan officers will go the extra mile to provide excellent service to make sure that the transaction closes.
