"My wife and I interviewed 2 other Realtors before Keith and Wendi. We heard a lot about them and wanted to make sure they were the last ones in the door. Keith and Wendi's presentation was excellent and really showed the true value of our home. They said our home was $50,000 higher than any of the other 2 Realtors. We had our doubts but their presentation really proved it. We were on the market only one day and received 98.8% list price! My suggestion, don't bother interviewing anyone else.
